Interview Prep

Great interviews are prepared, not improvised. Here’s a simple framework to walk in confident.

Research first

Know the company’s product, recent news and the team you’d join. Be ready to say why this company in one clear sentence.

Use the STAR method

For behavioural questions (“Tell me about a time…”), answer with Situation, Task, Action, Result. Keep it to 60–90 seconds and end with a measurable outcome.

Prepare for the classics

  • “Tell me about yourself” — a 3-part pitch: now, past, why this role.
  • “Why are you looking?” — keep it positive and forward-looking.
  • “Biggest weakness?” — a real one, plus how you’re improving it.
  • Role-specific technical or case questions — practise out loud.

Ask great questions

Have 3–4 ready: about the team, success in the first 90 days, and how performance is measured. It signals genuine interest.

Follow up

Send a short thank-you note within 24 hours that references something specific from the conversation.
